For example, a lot of people don’t know how to cook bulgur so don’t even bother trying it, but this could mean you’re missing out on a healthy food that you would otherwise love. Just think about this and realize that you deserve better. This is far better than ready meals and takeout at the worst of times, and we bet that you try new things from there!
