You can eat them smashed on wholemeal bread with some poached eggs, cut up into a salad or turned into a smooth tasty guacamole. The options are endless really. As they can even be used in sweet treats such as brownies.

Soft Cheese

Soft cheeses can be a great option if you want a cheese that is going to be easy to digest and can be added to salads or meals to add a soft texture. Soft cheeses like ricotta or homemade paneer (Indian cottage cheese) are great options if you want an easy to eat cheese that is also healthy. They do not contain any added ingredients or preservatives and are low in fat, so they can definitely be a great option in the dairy section.
